Who We Are
For over two decades, Milky Fashions has operated as a full-service garment buying house in Bangladesh, bridging the gap between European fashion brands and the country's world-class manufacturing base. We are not a factory directory or a broker. We are an operational partner — embedded in the Bangladesh supply chain — responsible for factory selection, sampling, compliance, production oversight, and shipment from the moment a buyer sends us a brief to the moment goods arrive at their door.
Our clients are fashion brands, wholesalers, and importers across Europe who need a reliable, transparent, and compliance-first sourcing partner in Bangladesh without the cost and complexity of building an in-house Bangladesh team. Sampling and Product Development
From proto to pre-production, we manage the full sampling cycle between our clients and their chosen factories. We physically review samples in Dhaka before approving them for client sign-off — eliminating the quality surprises that come from remote approval processes.
Compliance and Certification Management
We work exclusively with factories holding current certifications relevant to European market requirements: BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA, GOTS, GRS, and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100. We maintain up-to-date audit documentation for every factory in our network and provide this to clients as part of standard onboarding.

Production Monitoring and Quality Control
Our Dhaka-based team conducts inline inspections at 30–40% production completion and final random inspections (AQL 2.5) at 100% completion before any shipment leaves Bangladesh. Quality issues are identified and resolved on the factory floor — not after goods arrive in Europe.
Shipment and Documentation
We coordinate with freight forwarders, manage export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, test reports), and ensure full shipment transparency from Chittagong port to the client's warehouse.

Colonel Md Ahsan Ullah founded Milky Fashions in 2002 with a mandate to build a buying house that European brands could trust for compliance, quality, and operational reliability. Under his leadership, Milky Fashions has grown from a Dhaka-based agency into a multi-office sourcing operation serving clients across seven European markets.
Aiman Ahsan — Director and Head of Merchandising
Aiman Ahsan leads merchandising, client relationships, and business development at Milky Fashions.
