With 17 years of progressive experience in the apparel industry, Aiman specialises in connecting European fashion brands with BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, GOTS, GRS, and OEKO-TEX certified garment manufacturers in Bangladesh. His work centres on FOB costing, factory compliance auditing, and helping brands navigate the EU regulatory landscape — from REACH and OEKO-TEX chemical safety requirements through to CSDDD and country-specific due-diligence laws like Germany’s LkSG. He has managed sourcing operations for brands across the UK, Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, and Poland.
Aiman speaks English, Arabic, Hindi and Urdu, which allows him to work directly with buyers, factory owners and compliance auditors across Milky Fashions’ international network without relying on intermediaries — a practical advantage when resolving sourcing issues quickly matters as much as getting the initial quote right.

As the primary point of contact for Milky Fashions’ European buyers, Aiman’s role spans the full sourcing relationship: confirming product specifications and target pricing, matching brands to the right certified factory within Milky Fashions’ network, overseeing sampling and pre-production approval, and staying involved through quality control and shipment. For buyers new to sourcing from Bangladesh, this typically means a more hands-on first order — walking through factory certifications, realistic minimum order quantities, and lead times before committing — so that the working relationship is built on accurate expectations rather than assumptions.
